About This Exhibition
The Guangzhou International Bakery Exhibition (CHINA BAKERY EXHIBITION) aims to be the largest bakery exhibition in China. Its predecessor was the 'National Bakery Industry Raw Materials and Equipment Exhibition & China International Bakery, Confectionery and Western Food Ingredients and Equipment Exhibition', and it was renamed at its ninth edition. It was the first domestic food exhibition to propose dividing exhibition areas by product category into equipment and utensils, raw and auxiliary materials, and mooncake filling and packaging, marking a step towards international standards. It has now become the largest and highest-level professional bakery exhibition in China.
