Summary

The China International Food and Catering Expo (abbreviated as China Food Catering Expo) is a key exhibition in the domestic trade and circulation sector, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce. The first edition in 2016 successfully integrated five previous events: ten editions of the China Food Expo, three editions of the China Catering Expo, three editions of the China (Changsha) International Food Expo, the 11th Hunan Food Culture Festival, and the 10th Beijing International Coffee Expo, and was held in Changsha. The inaugural expo attracted high-quality leading catering brands from 21 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, 12 overseas regions, and 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province, drawing tens of thousands of professional visitors including domestic and international catering industry distributors, agents, traders, catering institutions, and government procurement departments.
